Virginia Clara Turner

Ms. Virginia Clara Turner, age 89 of Camden, TN departed this life on December 1, 2018 at Jackson General Hospital surrounded by love ones. Ms. Turner was born on August 25, 1929 in Camden, TN to the late Ladon Simon and Veora Strickland Simon. She was also preceded in death by her late husband, Albert Turner; sons, Jackie Lyn, David Boyd, Bruce Boyd, Riley Turner; daughter, Virginia Ann Wells; brothers, Eldridge Travis, Carnell Travis, LV Simon, Melvin Travis, Parnell Travis, Willard Mclure; sisters, Vernell Boyd and Alma Simon. Ms. Turner was a member of the Church of the True and Living God of Holiness of Holiness pastored by Sis. Rosie Turner and was on the mother board. She was also a retired Custodian with the Benton County Board of Education.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 1 PM at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation with the Turner family will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 11:00-12:45.
