Phyllis Ann Woodard

Phyllis Ann Woodard, 75, of Camden, TN passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Camden Healthcare. Mrs. Woodard was born on January 8, 1947 in Ohio to the late Phillip French and Theo Waters French.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Wallace Woodard, a brother Ricky French and sister Pam Grey.

Daughter: Stacy Horton (Donnie Hunley) of Camden, TN

Grandsons: Chad (Lacey) Horton and Chase (Sara) Horton

Great Grandchildren: Sutton, Brenley and Graham

Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel.
