Peggy Jo (Hall) Malin

Ms. Peggy Jo (Hall) Malin, age 89, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. She was born in Camden, Tennessee on May 25, 1933 to the late Joe and Virginia Hall. Peggy was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved her family very much. She enjoyed playing cards with friends when able. Her love of travel began when she owned and operated a trucking business with her late husband. She’s been on many cruises, including the Caribbean, Panama Canal, and Alaska.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James C. Malin; son, James D. “Jimmy” Malin; and sister, Virginia Gail Steele.

She is survived by her children, Timothy “Timmy” Malin and Anita Stoy; grandchildren: April Malin, Sheila Marie Kruty, Daniel Malin, Timothy Malin, and Dakota Malin; great-grandchildren: Austin Connell, Keilani Kruty, Levi Malin, Ellie Jo Malin, and Brenleigh Malin; and great-great-granddaughter, Dallas Rae Connell.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home in Douglasville, GA.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Eastview Cemetery, Camden,TN.
