On Thursday afternoon January 2, 2020, the Lord awarded Patricia Ann Lolley with her wings. She died peacefully at the home of her only daughter, Lisa Dawn Lolley (Nashville, TN).
Patricia was born on January 14, 1949, in Logan, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Edward Harm Lafferty and Laurene May Lafferty. Upon graduating from Logan High School, she moved with her family to Tecumseh, Michigan, where she worked for General Motors. This is where she met and married the love of her life, Dannie Lee Lolley, whom she has now rejoined in holy eternal matrimony.
Patricia was the most beautiful soul to grace this earth. She started every morning with a cup of coffee and a read through her Bible. While her husband and daughter were her world, she had a boundless spirit of genuine love, compassion, and a true generosity of spirit. She never hesitated to help a person in need whether she knew them or not. Her laughter could infect an entire room . . . and she loved playing a good harmless prank, but she could always take a good prank in return. Her loss will leave an eternal hole in the hearts of all those who loved her so dearly.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Lisa Dawn Lolley, 2 step daughters LeAnn Sue Lolley Mc-Cue and Amy Lynn Lolley Sumner. She has 2 step grandchildren Aaron Krohn and Andrew Lewis. An amazing baby brother Edward Ray Lafferty (Kay) and 3 loving sisters, Sandra K. McCumber, Barbara J. Clymer (Terry), and Debra L. Dermyer (Dan). Patricia had 28 nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces and nephews she thought of as her God Children (Gama). In addition, she had 2 grand pups she adored very much Chevrolet Loren Lolley and Nevaeh Lynn Lolley.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Dannie Lee Lolley, Camden, TN; four brothers: Thomas Lafferty in Vietnam, James T Montgomery, Jack Montgomery, John Montgomery and 1 loving sister Donnetta Montgomery; and a nephew that was taken far too soon who was her chosen son, Timothy Loren Clymer.
Please join family and friends for a celebration of life at Oakdale Funeral Home, Camden TN on Friday January 17, 2020 at 2 pm. Visitation with the Lolley family will be on Friday, from 1:00-2:00 pm.
For those who wish, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in lieu of flowers.
