Melbia Ann Lynn, 73, of Jackson, TN passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Jackson General Hospital. Mrs. Lynn was born on May 15, 1948 in Humphreys County, TN. to the late William Scaggs and Emma Pauline Scaggs. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Lynn; daughter Tina Darlene Keen; grandchildren Bobby “Dakota” Keen, Justin Ray Spence; sisters Mary “Jewell” Woods, Pamela Banks; brothers Rudy Monroe Rice and Jerry Allen Scaggs. She was a retired waitress.
