Joseph Pelc

Joseph “Joe” Pelc  age 79 of  Decaturville, TN  passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at AHC Health Care in Parsons, Tn.  He was born May 28, 1944 to the late William A. Pelc and Freda Harsin Pelc. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Montgomery Pelc and nine brothers and sisters. Mr. Pelc was a retired Truck Driver. Loving father, grandfather & friend.
