Jason Wayne Steele

Jason Wayne Steele, age 48 of Ridgeland, MS formerly of Camden, TN passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019. Jason was born on November 4, 1970 in Martin, TN. He worked in Logistics & Transportation with Hansen & Adkins Trucking Company. Jason was an avid golfer who loved UT Football and enjoyed all kinds of music. Some of his favorites included Daughtry, Paul Thorn and Jimmy Buffett.

Father in Law: Dr. Joe (Joan) Appleton of Houston, TX

First Cousin: Doug (Christi) Baird of Nolensville, TN

Aunt: Pam Baird of Waverly, TN

Uncle: David (Wanda) Spikes of Aiken, SC

Paternal Grandparents: Claude & Helen Steele

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 4 pm at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation with the Steele family will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 2:00-4:00 pm.

Please wear either UT orange or a Hawaiian Shirt in honor of Jason’s love of UT Football and Jimmy Buffett.
