Huie Raymond Thomas

Huie Raymond Thomas, age 87, of Big Sandy, TN passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Camden Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. Bro. Thomas was born on April 25, 1936 in Dade County, Florida to the late Elmer Thomas and the late Margaret McDuffy Thomas. He was also preceded by six brothers and sisters; two son-in-law’s, David Mitchell Kelly and Kenneth David Hill. Bro. Thomas was the Pastor of the Lighthouse of Deliverence. He was a Coast Guard Reserve veteran.

Survived by: Wife: Helen Adell Durden Thomas of Big Sandy, TN; Sons: Daniel (Cherry) Thomas of Big Sandy, TN and Ronald (Donna) Thomas of New Johnsonville, TN; Daughters: Wanda Sue Kelly of Big Sandy, TN, Winnie Hill of Lehigh Acres, FL and Joanne (Michael) Phifer of Camden, TN; Two Sisters: Patricia and Shirley; Sixty Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren
