Born in Bruceton, TN, raised in Huntingdon, TN, and lived in Camden, TN until his passing. He spent his career as a nurse anesthetist after serving in the United States Air Force. Since retiring, he enjoyed volunteering his time and talents at the Magic Valley Golf Club. He was surrounded by his children as he passed away peacefully at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Frankie enjoyed morning coffee with friends, “lake time”, and being with his loved ones. All who knew him speak of his generous spirit and heart of gold.

He was preceded in death by his momma, Marie (Holladay) Crews, and his “Pap”, Richard Crews, of Huntingdon. Also, by his father, William (“Bill”) Eubanks of Hollow Rock.

He is survived by his life partner, Gladys Arnold, his children, Marc (Monique) Eubanks and Stacey (Jeff) Miller. He has two grandsons, Kade and Quinn, who will miss their boat rides with “Poppa Banks”. He also leaves behind dear siblings Harold Eubanks, Debbie Cook, Lisa Carter, and Randy Crews. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews, and beloved friends and neighbors.

Frankie gave his love to many animals throughout his life and leaves behind two fur babies who will miss him dearly.
