Charley Tubbs

Mr. Charley Tubbs, age 84 of Holladay, TN passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Henry County Medical Center. Mr. Tubbs was born on March 25, 1936 in Holladay, TN to the late William Lonzo Tubbs and Ethel M. Cole Tubbs. He was also preceded in death by his wife Chris Tubbs; son Randy Tubbs; brothers Earl Tubbs, Grady Tubbs, Ben Tubbs, Billy Tubbs and sisters Willie M. Kelly, Lorene Clendenion and Lou Nell Shearin. Mr. Tubbs was owner/operator of Tubbs Pallets & Lumber Company, a member of Cowell’s Chapel United Methodist Church and a member of Mt. Carmel Masonic Lodge #333 of Holladay, TN.

Survivors include

Daughter: Vickie (Josh) Watson of Camden, TN

Grandchildren: Troy W. Kelly III, Dalton B. Kelly, Kolton L. Kelly, Sam Watson, Summer Watson

 

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 2 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home with Bro. Marty Arnold and Sylvia Newman officiating. Burial will follow in the Cowell’s Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation with the Tubbs family will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 10:00-2:00 pm.

Masonic service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 1 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home.
