Carol Smith

Carol T. Smith, 75, of Camden, TN passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at her residence. Mrs. Smith was born on August 27, 1946 in Martin, TN to the late Newell Thompson and Lorena Young Thompson.  Mrs. Smith was a retired Teacher and Guidance Counselor at Waverly Central High School. She served as Adjunct Professor at UT Martin and retired Licensed Massage Therapist. Mrs. Smith was also a member of Chalk Level Baptist Church where she taught women’s Sunday school class for many years and led Wednesday night bible study. She was married to the love of her life, Steve for 55 years.

Sister: Margaret (Alfred) Ordonez of Camden, TN

Grandchildren: Tyler (Brittany) Smith, Emily Smith, Sam Smith, Abby Smith, Ivy Jane Smith

Great Grandchildren: Karter Smith, Colin Smith

Nieces and Nephews

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 1 pm at Eastview Cemetery with Bro. Wayne Purcell officiating.
