Raymond Kenneth Maasen

Mr. Raymond Kenneth Maasen, age 90 of New Johnsonville, TN passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Humphrey's Co. Nursing Home. Mr. Maasen was born on September 9, 1926 in Jefferson City, MO to the late Edward Maasen and Ida Bosch Maasen. He was also preceded by two sons, Douglas Maasen, Gregory Maasen, grandchild, Kyle Maasen. Mr. Maasen was retired from TVA and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Mr. Maasen served with the 11th Airborne in the Philippines during WWII. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in New Johnsonville, TNVisitation with the Maasen family will be on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 at Oakdale Funeral Home.  In Lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the Knights of Columbus Council 9754 or the St. Mary's Ladies Guild.
