Mrs. Emily P. Moore Day Kelley, age 90 of Scotts Hill, TN passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Kelley was born May 15, 1927 to the late Henry Martin Moore and Annie Belle Rosson Moore in Decatur County, TN. She was, also preceded by her first husband: John Thomas Day, second husband: J.R. Kelley, son: Ricky Dale Day, brothers: Grady Moore, James Moore,sisters: Thelma Turpin, Pearl Smith. She was a retired garment factory worker from Salant & Salant and Decaturville Sportswear. Welvon Mayo, Bro. Charles Gregory, Bro. Raymond Roach, Bro. Earl Day officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.Visitation with the Kelley family will be Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM and resume on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 10:00 AM until service at 2:00 PM at Decaturville, Pentecostal Church.All visitation and service will be at the church.
