Mrs. Lula Carolyn Stepp, age 79 of Woodbury, Tn passed away Monday, September 4, 2017. Mrs. Stepp was born October 24, 1937 in Jacksonville, TX to the late George Robert Johnston and Ameda Martha Wallace Johnston. She was, also preceded by her husband: Glenn Haden Stepp and three brothers.
