He was born March 1, 1962 in Decatur County, TN to the late Sammy Maness and Juanita Reeves Maness. Don Franks officiating, Burial will follow at Corinth Cemetery in Darden, TN.Visitation with the Maness family will be Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 11:00 AM until service at 1:00 PM.
