Ms. Marsha Kay Hopper, age 53 of Decaturville, TN passed away Friday, January 5, 2018. Ms. Hopper was born May 18, 1964 in Henderson County, TN. She was preceded in death by a son: Corey Tucker and her father: Lawarence Eugene Hopper.
