Billy Dwayne Thompson

Mr. Billy Dewayne Thompson, age 69 of New Johnsonville, TN passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at his residence.Mr. Thompson was born November 5, 1948 in Milan, TN to the late Raymond Thompson and Peggy Thompson. Mr. Thompson was also preceded in death by two brothers: Buddy Thompson and Ray Thompson. He was a retired Boilermaker with Union Local 455 and a U. S. Army Veteran. Survivors include:Wife: Nancy Howe Thompson of New Johnsonville, TNSon: Marty Thompson of New Johnsonville, TNDaughter: Angie Thompson of Memphis, TNBrother: Jimmy (Kellie) Thompson of New Johnsonville, TNDaughter-in-law:Michelle (Joey) Copeland of New Johnsonville, TNGrandchild: Austin ThompsonFuneral Services will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 12 Noon at Oakdale Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Warren officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery.Visitation with the Thompson family will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 In Lieu of flowers, please make donation to the Trace Creek Baptist Church Building Fund.
