Rev. Jimmy Ray Cooper, age 76 of Camden, TN passed away on June 29, 2018 at Humphreys County Nursing Home. Rev. Cooper was born on March 21, 1942 in Benton county to the late Carlos Cooper and Vera Barnes Cooper. He was also preceded in death by a son: Howard Cooper, brothers: James Cooper, Charles Cooper, Sr, sisters: Imogene Brewer and Martha Cooper. Rev. Cooper was a retired iron worker with TVA, a retired Pastor, past president of Camden Lions Club, a U.S. Air National Guard Veteran and a member of First Baptist Church in Camden, TN.Survived by:Wife: Judy Sharpe Cooper of Camden, TNDaughters: Robin (Allen) Wilbanks of Camden, TN                 Kim (Gene) Walden of Camden, TNGrandchildren: C.J. Cooper, Bryce Wilbanks, Courtney Wilbanks, Mitchell Walden, Duncan Walden, Rachel Cooper, Kirby WaldenGreat Grandchildren: Corbin, Bray, Givanni, Peyton, Aria, CharlotteNieces & Nephews: Karen Paredes, Donna Heinzelmann, Bobby Brewer, Brad Sharpe, Todd Sharpe, Rhonda Griffith, Charles Cooper, Jr and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Camden, TN with Dr. Buck Morton and Dr. Mike Blankenship officiating.
